Standard production time is approximately 24 business days after you approve your plaque proof. Due to the fact that every plaque is made to order there can be slight variance in this production time. If you need an accelerated or guaranteed production time please contact us directly by phone, rather than placing the order online, so we can determine if it is feasible to meet your required date.
Any plaques ordered online will ship UPS Ground. Shipping on custom orders placed by phone can vary based on your needs and the size of the order.
Warranty
Healy Plaques guarantees all of our products for life. That means that should a product fade, break or contain any defect, we will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost to you, as long as the plaque is installed in its original location. Please note that our guarantee applies to defective material only. Healy Plaques will not cover your cost of removal, re-installation or any subsequent work done on the mounting surface.
The following warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Specifically, Seller and Manufacturer disclaims any warranty of merchant-ability or of fitness for a particular purpose and manufacturer/seller’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by an agreement signed by officers of seller and manufacturer.
